Do you sanitize your equipment?

Yes. We clean constantly. Our employees are trained to spend 15 minutes of every hour walking around and cleaning. We also clean the sandbox on a regular basis. The carpets are cleaned on a regular basis (we own a steam cleaner) and hand sanitizer is found EVERYWHERE throughout The Monkey's Treehouse.

Can we plan a field trip?

Absolutely. We offer discounts for school groups/church groups/book clubs/supper clubs/etc. The party rooms can be booked for any of these events and with at least 7 days notice, we can provide additional staff to watch your kids while you are having dinner or a meeting. There is an additional charge for bringing in extra staff members.

How big is The Monkey's Treehouse?

We have 4800 total square feet. About 40-50 kids can play comfortably at one time.

Can I drop off my child and come back later?

NO. This is not a drop-in child care facility. At least one guardian must stay with the kids.

Can I drop off my younger kids and leave them with my 15 year old in charge?

No. Caregivers must be 18 years old.

Are shoes required?

Yes. The tree house is made entirely out of wood and splinters are never fun.

How do I know that your staff is well-trained and responsible?

We do background checks on all employees and train them continuously. We also own 4 of the children you will see running around and would never be irresponsible regarding their well-being.
