This DIY party package includes two reserved picnic tables in the open play area, giving parents the space to decorate, set up food, and create a festive atmosphere without the stress of a formal venue. PARTY HOST + THE TREEHOUSE
= PROBLEM SOLVED
Your Treehouse Party Host will reach out ahead of the party to confirm all the details and any add-ons for your special event, ensuring everything runs smoothly the day of the party.
When you arrive for the party, your host will have the party room decorated with themed balloons and decorations that your little one has requested. They will also prepare the cupcake table and dining tables for the party guests.
During party room time, guests will gather around the beautifully decorated tables to enjoy a delicious spread, which can include catered food (optional), cupcakes, and refreshing drinks (optional). The party host will handle serving, ensuring that everyone gets to enjoy their meal without the stress of setup or cleanup.
As kids and adults finish their last bites of cupcake, your party host will start clean-up so you can focus on celebrating with friends and family. If goodie bags are purchased, your host will also pass them out to departing guests and pack up any presents and personal items for you.

*18% Gratuity for your party host is added to each party and is calculated on the cost of the party and food associated with your party. You are welcome to tip more for outstanding service!

A TRIED AND TRUE PARTY FLOW
30 MIN PLAY, 30 MIN PARTY ROOM, 30 MIN PLAY
As kids and adults finish up their last bites of cake your party host will start all of the clean up so that you can get back to your guests and the party! We do all the heavy lifting so that you can enjoy this special day with your kids, friends and family.
Party hosts will alert guests to the end of the party and pass out party favors on departure as well as pack up and load any items brought from home and birthday presents into your vehicle at the completion of the party.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
All Treehouse Party Room & Private Parties Include:
- 1.5 hours of Treehouse Time for 16 children ages eight and younger and up to 30 adults. (additional children and adults will be charged at the rate of $5 and $2.50 respectively)
- 24 cupcakes
- Themed decorations including balloons, tablecloths, plates and napkins.
- 30 min of dedicated party room time for dining, snacks, and cake.
(Party room time ends one hour into your party time. All guests, besides those helping with clean up, need to exit the party room one hour into the party slot. If you are looking to use the party room during the entirety of your playtime, have more than 30 adults coming, mostly adults coming, out of town guests coming or plan on having lunch or dinner as a substantial part of your party you will be better served by a Treehouse Gathering.)

Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all birthday parties and a $300 non-refundable deposit is required for Treehouse 3-hour Events. Parties can be rescheduled up to 14 days in advance of the party within one calendar year. In the event of a medical emergency your deposit may be turned into an account credit.

OTHER PARTY POLICIES
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
All guests entering the facility must sign our liability waiver whether they are 8 weeks or 80 years old. You can save time at check in by having guests sign the waiver in advance.
We do not allow Glass, Pinatas, or Open Flames for warming trays. No items can be hung from the ceiling. Balloons are only allowed in the party room (may NOT be popped).
Children over the age of 8 must interact in the Treehouse as a helper of a younger player and not as a player themselves. They will count towards an adult slot. The adult booking the party will be held responsible for the behavior of all children over the age of 8 and an excessive wear and tear charge of ($25) per child will be charged for any older children not following these guidelines.
No outside food or entertainment. All food/entertainment must be purchased through The Monkey's Treehouse staff.
We are a peanut-free facility, no peanuts or peanut products are allowed on site.

A Treehouse event offers parents a great family-friendly gathering place for any occasion!
A Treehouse event offers parents a great family-friendly gathering place for any occasion! Our climate-controlled, fun, kid-friendly environment includes a giant play area, two eating areas, one in a separate room with plenty of space to decorate for whatever occasion calls you together.
Each Treehouse Event includes one to two dedicated event hosts* to take the stress out of the whole thing! Your Treehouse Event Hosts greets you at the door with a cart to grab any party supplies from your car. Then they’ll go over your event details and any add ons.
At your discretion, the event hosts will either do all of the decorating of the party room or help with decorations for your party, check-in guests and arrange and serve food and guests for the duration of your event time. Party hosts keep the event on schedule, gather guests for dining and serve all food, drinks, and desserts for the event guests. (You may bring your own decorations or purchase a themed party package add on from us.)
Your event hosts will start all of the clean up so that you can get back to your guests and the party! We do all the heavy lifting so that you can enjoy this special day with your kids, friends, and family. Event hosts will alert guests to the end of the party and pass out guest favors on departure if applicable as well as pack up and load any items brought from home and any gifts if applicable into your vehicle at the completion of the party.
*20% Gratuity for your event hosts is added to each event and is calculated on the cost of the event itself and food associated with your party. You are welcome to tip more for outstanding service!

- 3 hours of Treehouse Time and room for up to 40 children and 80 adults. (120 max capacity) - Additional time may be purchased if available.
- Complimentary White Paper Plates & Napkins, (no table cloths)
- Complimentary Use of all furniture in the treehouse - picnic tables, assorted benches, and side tables, refrigerator, and microwave.
- 15 min extra set up time beginning 15 min prior to the start of the event.
